Apart from extending the vehicle, Suzuki maintains familiar elements: the boxy exterior, 5-slot front grille, and signature round headlamps.

As you step inside the 5-Door Jimny, the extended wheelbase is immediately felt.

Thicker seat cushions in the rear enhance passenger comfort, especially during long drives and you’ve got good enough headroom — as much as you can expect from the Jimny.

While the vehicle’s width remains the same, the cargo space is larger offering 211 liters of luggage capacity with the rear seats up, a significant boost compared to its 3-door counterpart.

For those days when you’re packing for more extended adventures, fold the 50:50 split rear seats, and you’ll find yourself with a332 liters of luggage space. Inside, it’s still quite familiar: retro-themed elements like its gauge cluster, buttons, and knobs, option for leather or fabric seats as well.

Versatility on any road

Under the hood of the Jimny 5-Door lies the same 1.5-liter K15B four-cylinder engine. The Jimny remains versatile keeping itself available for city driving and off-roading adventures.

It maintains essential features like the AllGrip Pro system that allows you to switch between 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive.  The system’s design ensures its ability to take on challenging terrain.

The 5-Door Jimny retains the 15-inch alloy wheels and 195/80 series tires, maintaining its rugged stance and ensuring that style doesn’t compromise performance.

Tech upgrades

On the tech side, we first have the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system (7-inch on the GL) taking center stage with support for wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Modern comfort and safety features are also onboard like strategically placed USB ports, reverse camera, rear parking sensors, and rear power socket.

The GLX variant takes it a step further with additional curtain and side front airbags.
