AC Motors Open Workshop allows customers to observe mechanics at work

-

AC Motors has announced its Open Workshop program that will allow customers to witness firsthand the skilled and safety-conscious technical team working on their vehicles.

Starting from July 10, AC Motors’ five automotive brands—Honda, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Maxus, and Kia—have eased their customers’ concerns by opening their service facilities at Ayala-owned dealerships for maintenance work.

Through the workshop, customers can benefit from the expertise of Master Mechanics, experienced aftersales managers, and advisors who provide personalized consultation services.

This exclusive and unique program offers OEM-quality aftersales service, interactive engagement, quick implementation through onsite approval, and diagnostics specific to each brand.

Antonio “Toti” A. Zara III, President for the Automobile Group of AC Motors, announced that the Open Workshop is the first phase of a series of programs to enhance the customer experience for existing and future customers.

Zara explained that AC Motors’ goal is to create a distinctive vehicle ownership experience beyond how customers use their vehicles and focuses on integrating mobility into their lifestyles.

Customers who bring in their car for servicing can join the AC Motor Open Workshop by contacting their service advisor or by messaging their preferred dealership.
