CES 2024: LG Signature OLED T is the world’s first wireless transparent TV

-

LG Electronics introduces the groundbreaking LG SIGNATURE OLED T — the world’s first wireless transparent OLED TV — at CES 2024.

This technological marvel combines a transparent 4K OLED screen with LG’s wireless video and audio transmission, providing users with unparalleled freedom in designing their living spaces.

Winning five CES 2024 Innovation Awards, including Best of Innovation, the OLED T’s 77-inch transparent display harmonizes with its surroundings, practically disappearing when turned off and creating a sense of openness in any room.

The LG SIGNATURE OLED T liberates users from conventional TV placement constraints with its transparent OLED screen. Partnered with a minimalist Zero Connect Box, the entire setup ensures a clean, cable-free environment, enabling users to place the TV anywhere without being restricted by electrical outlets.

But the OLED T isn’t a one-trick pony. It pulls off a double act with its dual viewing experiences. In transparent mode, it becomes a digital canvas, turning your art and media into a mesmerizing display.

Need some quick updates? The T-Bar feature steps up with news, weather, and song titles, all while preserving the clear view behind it. And when it’s movie night, hit a button to switch to opaque mode, unleashing LG OLED’s exceptional picture quality driven by the α (Alpha) 11 AI processor.

LG didn’t confirm, however, when or if this product will be reaching the consumer market. No information has been given on its pricing yet, either.
