-

Movano Health makes an appearance at this year’s CES  with the launch of Evie Ring — the world’s first smart ring tailored specifically for women. Earning a 2024 CES Innovation Honoree Award, the Evie Ring is already set to ship this month.

What is the Evie Ring?

Evie is the first smart ring designed to specifically address certain needs of women. It comes with many thoughtful considerations both with tech and design.

With the ability to accommodate daily fluctuations in finger size, the Evie Ring ensures a comfortable fit at all times. Its portable charging case ensures on-the-go convenience with up to 10 recharges on a single charge. And uilizing highly sensitive medical-grade sensors optimized for women’s fingers, Evie can accurately measure vital sign measurements.

Brighter LEDs enhance optical signals, improving accuracy with less battery drain as well. It also comes with a tiny, travel-sized charging case.

Beyond standard activity metrics, Evie introduces a groundbreaking Daily Summary, offering an at-a-glance overview of daily activities and recovery. It dynamically displays progress toward preset goals and includes factors like sleep. Leveraging AI and women-specific factors, Evie also correlates menstrual health, mood, energy, sleep, and activity, providing valuable insights to optimize daily routines.

Additional key features include a Spot Check function for pulse rate and blood oxygen levels, log mood, menstrual symptoms, and more for comprehensive health understanding, and four days of battery life.

Future enhancements include enhanced menstrual health insights and visualizations, My Health Report for sharing key data with healthcare providers, and automatic activity detection for running, walking, or biking.

Initially available for iOS users, the Evie Ring is available for US$ 269  in gold, rose gold, and silver finishes, with sizes 5-12 and an optional sizing kit. Android device support is planned for Q2 2024.
