The highly anticipated Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) is gearing up for its 19th edition, promising car enthusiasts an exhilarating experience from April 4 to April 7, 2024. Renowned as the Philippines’ premier motoring event, MIAS will unfold its spectacle at two iconic venues, the World Trade Center Metro Manila and SMX Convention Center Manila, simultaneously.

Under the theme “Bridging the Future,” MIAS 2024 aims to extend its influence within the automotive industry, building upon the overwhelming success of its previous installment, which attracted over 149,000 visitors and showcased more than 200 car displays. This year’s event is co-presented by BPI Auto Loans and Shell, with support from the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP) and Petron.

A plethora of leading passenger car and commercial vehicle brands will grace the event, including but not limited to BAIC, Changan, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Subaru, and Suzuki. The impressive lineup reflects the industry’s commitment to innovation and diversity.

What sets MIAS 2024 apart is its pioneering move to utilize two venues simultaneously, spanning a combined exhibition floor space of 41,000 square meters. Attendees can seamlessly navigate between the World Trade Center and SMX Convention Center with a single ticket priced at Php150. To facilitate transportation, free shuttle services will be available, ensuring a hassle-free experience for patrons.

Emphasizing the event’s focus on technological advancements, MIAS 2024 promises an array of highlights to captivate visitors. Among the anticipated attractions is the Mobility Marathon, featuring exclusive car launches by top brands accompanied by captivating performances. Car aficionados will also have the opportunity to marvel at meticulously restored and customized vehicles competing in the MIAS-Petron Custom Classic Car Competition.

For those eager to test drive their dream vehicles, the Test Drive Zone awaits, offering a firsthand experience of the latest models. Meanwhile, the Truck Zone beckons adventure enthusiasts with its array of off-road and camping rigs, providing an exhilarating journey into outdoor driving experiences.

A standout feature of this year’s MIAS is the Russ Swift Stunt Show, where the renowned British precision driver will showcase his skills behind the wheel of the latest Subarus. Swift, a holder of three Guinness World Records, promises a breathtaking performance, including parallel parking in tight spaces and executing the fastest donuts.

As anticipation builds for MIAS 2024, car enthusiasts and industry insiders alike can look forward to an unforgettable showcase of automotive excellence, innovation, and adrenaline-pumping experiences.
