At the 2025 Manila International Auto Show, AITO debuted the AITO M9 SUV with not just a lot of tech but also a lot of luxury.

The AITO M9 is a luxury SUV designed for drivers who value technology and comfort in equal measure. Its design draws inspiration from the city skyline, with a two-tone exterior that separates the sleek upper body from a more grounded, muscular base. The M9 measures 5,230mm in length, 1,999mm in width, and 1,800mm in height, with a long wheelbase of 3,110mm that provides a stable, smooth ride.
A drag coefficient of just 0.279 Cd helps improve its aerodynamic efficiency. On the road, its Galaxy headlights and Starlight LED taillights give it a strong presence, day or night.
Performance That Goes the Distance
Under the hood, the AITO M9 delivers a powerful performance through a smart dual-motor all-wheel drive system. With 365 kW and 675 Nm of torque, it can go from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds. Its 52 kWh battery provides over 200 kilometers of electric range.
But what really sets the M9 apart is its Range Extender Electric Vehicle (REEV) system. This onboard generator offers high fuel-to-electricity efficiency, acting like a mobile power bank. A five-minute refuel adds up to 1,000 kilometers of range, pushing the total combined distance to over 1,200 kilometers—ideal for long trips without the worry of running out of power.
Premium Interior and Thoughtful Comfort
Inside, the M9 offers a refined, high-end cabin with smart design details. Zero Gravity seats are engineered to reduce pressure and enhance support, while an adaptive dual armrest adjusts with the seat for added comfort. A 25-speaker sound system delivers immersive audio throughout the cabin.
The interior is finished with white ash wood trim, crystal knobs, and genuine leather seats. A panoramic sunroof brings in natural light, and thoughtful additions like a dual-mode refrigerator, fragrance system, and customizable ambient lighting (with over 16 million color options) elevate the experience.
The AITO M9 is equipped with a smart cockpit that links the driver’s display, center control, and passenger screen into one seamless setup. From real-time power management to intelligent lighting and media controls, everything is designed to be intuitive and easy to use.

High Safety Standards
Safety is a priority for the AITO M9. It holds a top-tier “super” five-star rating from the China New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP), with a record-breaking score of 93.9%. The SUV is built with a strong body structure and includes nine airbags along with 20 active safety features. These systems offer comprehensive protection against front, side, and rear impacts—making it one of the safest models in its category.</p
