MIAS 2025: Nissan celebrates 55th anniversary with special showcase of current vehicles

-

As Nissan marks 55 years in the Philippines, the brand is celebrating at this year’s Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), bringing a thoughtfully curated lineup to its booth under the theme “Driven by Connection.”

What’s at the Nissan booth?

The centerpiece of the booth is the All-New Nissan Patrol, freshly introduced to the Philippine market and displayed in an accessorized version that turns heads. Known for its luxurious comfort, off-road capabilities, and advanced tech features, this version of the Patrol adds visual upgrades that enhance its already imposing presence — perfect for those who want their SUV to look as bold as it performs.

Flanking the Patrol are two exclusive anniversary editions: the Nissan Terra and Navara 55th Anniversary Editions.

These models wear a blend of rugged performance and retro charm, sporting custom decals, upgraded wheels and tires, and special 55th-anniversary badging that adds a collectible flair. It’s a tribute to two of Nissan’s most trusted nameplates among Filipino drivers.

Also part of the showcase are other models from Nissan’s current lineup, but what really brings it all together is the brand’s focus on heritage and innovation. A special video presentation from Nissan’s Senior Design Director Ken Lee walks guests through the design philosophy behind the Patrol, Terra, and Navara, giving a rare behind-the-scenes look at how Nissan blends form and function across its SUVs and pickups.

Outside the main hall, the display continues with the sporty Nissan Z NISMO standing side by side with the classic Fairlady Z—a generational contrast that reflects Nissan’s long-standing commitment to performance and timeless design.

And for those who want to go beyond just looking? Nissan is offering test drives for several models, including the new Patrol, Z, Terra, and Navara. It’s a great opportunity to get a real feel for the vehicles and understand the driving experience they bring.

Whether you’re a longtime Nissan fan or just curious about what the brand has to offer, Nissan’s MIAS 2025 booth is worth checking out. The event runs from April 10 to 13 at the World Trade Center in Pasay, open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
