Huawei Philippines has just unveiled in the country the new MateBook D14. It comes with a sleek design, capable processor, and features to boost productivity even on the go.
The MateBook D14 features a 14-inch FullView display. It comes with a Full HD panel with 4.8mm bezels so the screen is maximized without adding to its size. Additionally, its lid can be opened up to 178 degrees so content can be easily shared with those around you.
It has a metallic but lightweight body so bringing it around shouldn’t be a problem. There are two color variants for the D14 but only Space Grey will be available in the country.
For video calls, it sports a webcam tucked along with the keys of the keyboard.
Inside, it features up to AMD Ryzen 7 processor partnered with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage. The company claims its battery life is rated up to 10 hours of office use so your productivity shouldn’t be compromised.
On top of that, this notebook also boasts Huawei Share which is basically sharing content from a smartphone to the laptop. This should come in handy when two or more people are collaborating on a project.
In terms of security, its power button also functions as a fingerprint scanner to keep access of your files simply to yourself.
People who are eyeing the MateBook D14 should act fast, as Huawei is offering a special, D14-only early bird bundle from June 29 to July 3, which includes a pair of Huawei Freelace earbuds, a Huawei Bluetooth Mouse and a dedicated backpack (worth Php 6,270 combined).
The Ryzen 5-equipped D14 is priced at PhP 39,990 while the D14 with Ryzen 7 CPU is available for PhP 42,990. Both of which will be available on June 29. Customers who purchase the D14 or the D15 (worth PhP 37,990) from July 4 to 31 still get a Huawei backpack (PhP 1,390) as a special freebie.
