Nissan Philippines has announced a comprehensive refresh for the Terra lineup in 2024, aiming to elevate the SUV’s appeal with spec enhancements and additional premium features geared towards enhancing convenience and safety. The updates aim to reinforce Terra’s standing as a top-tier choice in its segment, offering a blend of premium amenities and advanced technology.
The 2024 model year brings an expanded array of standard equipment to the Terra lineup, with a particular focus on safety and technological advancements. Notably, the Terra VE 4×2 AT models now boast an enhanced suite of Intelligent Mobility features. This includes the integration of an Intelligent Around View Monitor (IAVM) with Moving Object Detection, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).
These additions are designed to provide drivers with heightened awareness and confidence while navigating various road conditions. Complementing these features are existing Intelligent Mobility offerings such as the Intelligent Rear View Mirror (IRVM), Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (IFCW), Intelligent Emergency Braking (IEB), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Intelligent Driver Alertness.
Furthermore, the Terra VE 4×2 AT variant sees the inclusion of an Electronic Parking Brake and 4-wheel Disc Brakes, further enhancing its overall safety profile and driving dynamics.
In addition to the safety upgrades, Nissan has also bolstered the entertainment and connectivity options across the Terra lineup. Both the Terra VL and Sport variants, available in both 4×2 AT and 4×4 AT configurations, now feature a 9-inch Advanced Touchscreen Display Audio system paired with an 8-speaker Bose Premium Sound System. This enhancement aims to elevate the in-car entertainment experience, providing occupants with a premium audio experience during their journeys.
