realme 14 Pro Series Goes Global
The realme 14 Pro Series is officially launching worldwide, featuring a color-changing design that shifts from pearl white to blue in colder temperatures. It also introduces MagicGlow Triple Flash, designed to improve nighttime portrait photography. The series is TÜV Rheinland Rugged Smartphone Certified, with IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, allowing underwater use for up to an hour.
Interchangeable-Lens Concept Phone
realme also introduced its Interchangeable-Lens Concept, a smartphone with a 1-inch custom Sony sensor and a modular lens mount system that supports DSLR lenses. The prototype includes a 73mm portrait lens and a 234mm telephoto lens, aiming to deliver professional-grade optical zoom and bokeh effects. While still in development, the concept highlights realme’s push toward advanced mobile photography.
AI and Gaming Innovations
As part of its NEXT AI initiative, realme is integrating AI-driven features into its devices, including:
- AI Voice-based Retoucher – Allows users to edit photos using voice commands.
- AI Video Eraser – Removes unwanted objects or people from videos with a single tap.
In gaming, realme is partnering with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Free Fire, Honor of Kings, and BGMI to enhance gaming performance with high frame rates, ultra-low latency, and immersive experiences.
Three-Year Expansion Plan
realme also outlined its goal to double its global user base within three years, focusing on growth in over 100 markets. It aims to strengthen its GT, Number, and C Series lineups with AI-driven enhancements, larger batteries, and premium chipsets.
Availability
The realme 14 Pro Series will launch in the Philippines on March 20, 2025, with pre-orders available until March 19. Early buyers will receive a TechLife Bluetooth Speaker 2 (worth PHP 1,799) and a PHP 1,000 discount.
