realme teases its own camera control button

-

One of the more exciting additions to the most recent iPhone 16 was the camera control button. Though not a new concept, the addition of a dedicated and customizable shutter button is more relevant than ever.

And, unsurprisingly, others have started following suit with realme being one of the earliest to announce their version of the camera control button.

What the Camera Control Button Can Do

At the core, realme’s new Camera Control Button aims to give users a more intuitive, efficient way to capture photos.

In a demo shared by realme’s Vice President Chase Xu, we saw how this button lets users slide to adjust focus or exposure and quickly snap a photo with a single press. This transforms a typical smartphone camera into something that feels more like a professional camera, giving users easy access to pro-level controls without the need for complex menus.

The button also acts as a zoom control, allowing you to instantly zoom in or out with just a touc.

As for when you can get your hands on a realme device with this feature, the Camera Control Button is expected to debut on upcoming models by the end of the year, aligning with realme’s plans to release their latest flagship devices.
