realme unveils world’s fastest charger with its 320W SuperSonic Charge

-

realme’s 320W SuperSonic Charge promises an extraordinary charging experience, fully powering a smartphone in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds. This is a leap from the previous 240W technology and sets a new world record.

With this charger, your phone can reach 26% charge in just one minute and over 50% in under two minutes.

The 320W SuperSonic Charge introduces several groundbreaking technologies as well. Most notably, it introduces the world’s first folded smartphone battery, featuring a 4420mAh capacity with four cells that charge simultaneously. This may allow for a slimmer profile without compromising on power.

For safety, the charger uses an “AirGap” Voltage Transformer which uses electromagnetic conversion to keep high voltage away from the battery in case of faults. It is incredibly compact, reducing voltage to 20V to protect the battery while achieving a high power efficiency of around 98%.

The 320W charger, known as the “Pocket Cannon,” delivers an impressive power density of 3.3W per cubic centimeter. It supports multiple charging protocols, including UFCS up to 320W, PD, and SuperVOOC. Featuring dual USB-C outputs, simultaneous fast charging is also a possibility —150W for realme phones and 65W for compatible laptops.

Advanced Technology

realme is also advancing smartphone technology with six new features spanning AI, performance, and imaging.

The new solid-state button with sliding functionality enhances camera control, while the anti-reflective display reduces screen glare by up to 80%, improving visibility in bright conditions. With AI Motion Picture technology, still images can be transformed into 25-frame videos, and AI Gaming Super Resolution improves gaming visuals and haptics. On the audio end, realme Holo Audio enhances sound positioning to ensure an immersive gaming experience.
