Samsung has announced its latest lineup of monitors, including the cutting-edge Odyssey OLED series, which addresses the well-known issue of LED burn-in. This new series, alongside the Smart Monitor M8 and the professional-grade ViewFinity models, showcases Samsung’s commitment to innovation in both gaming and professional environments.
Odyssey OLED Series
Crafted with gamers in mind, the Odyssey OLED series isn’t pulling any punches when it comes to performance and visual allure.
At the forefront is the Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD), a beastly 32-inch gaming monitor boasting 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) and an eye-popping 240Hz refresh rate. The Samsung Odyssey OLED display rocks a fast 0.03ms GtG response time, fueled by the cutting-edge NQ8 AI Gen3 processor.
Also on the Odyssey is Samsung’s Safeguard+ that takes care of burn-in protection,
It also comes with Dynamic Cooling System, and FreeSync Premium Pro, and an ergonomic stand offering adjustable height, tilt, and swivel for maximum comfort.
Not to be outdone, the Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) steps up with a 27-inch QHD display and a jaw-dropping 360Hz refresh rate.
Sharing many of its sibling’s features, including burn-in protection and FreeSync Premium Pro, the G6 also boasts OLED Glare Free technology and an ergonomic stand for that personalized touch.

ViewFinity Models
The ViewFinity S8 series, including the S80UD and S80D models, is designed for creative professionals.
These professional monitors offer a 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) and are built with sustainability in mind, featuring recycled plastic materials and an Easy Setup Stand. With HDR10 support and the ability to display 1 billion colors, the ViewFinity S8 ensures accurate and vibrant color reproduction, essential for design and editing tasks.
The monitors come with Intelligent Eye Care features, a USB hub, a height-adjustable stand, a KVM switch, and a USB-C port with up to 90W charging.
