Skyrim Anniversary Edition releases this November 11

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is celebrating its anniversary this month with the release of four new free creations alongside a special game bundle.

The Skyrim Anniversary Edition will include the Skyrim Special Edition game plus previously released Creation Club content and four new free creations.

The Saints & Seducers creation unlocks an additional storyline across two quests, and additional side quests.

Senior artist and Creation Club dev lead Daniel Lee mentions that this creation contains the largest amount of content the developers have ever added to the game. Apart from the additional quests, Saints & Seducers also offers new armor sets, enemies, and more.

Nested in the Saints & Seducers is another creation — Rare Curios. Additional items from Tamriel will now be available through the Khajit Caravans. These new ingredients can be used to craft all-new potions, arrows, poisons, and even Welkynd Stones.

Previously released in 2017, Survival Mode offers a more immersive way to play with players needing to craft, hunt, and fight their way to survive. Feed hunger by cooking or harvesting fruits and keep away from exhaustion by resting in taverns.

And finally, fishing.

An all-new FIshing Mode arrives and includes over 20 species to hunt down. Cook your catch of the day or display it. There’s even an option to keep them as pets in an aquarium. New fishing-related quests will also now be available.

As mentioned above, these four modes will be included in the Skyrim Anniversary Edition alongside previous Content Club creations.

Included in this special edition are also a new batch of creations including one that taps further into Tamriel’s history, Ghost of Tribunal. This creation also offers Morrowind-inspired armor and weapons.

With The Cause, players are introduced to the Mythic Dawn who aim to form a new Oblivion gate. Tackle brand new enemies, locations while gathering new weapons. Players can even obtain a conjurable Daedric horse.

Skyrim Anniversary Edition will be available starting November 11 for PC, Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. Additionally, previous owners of the Skyrim Special Edition on PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X and S will receive a free upgrade to the enhanced version. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will also receive a free upgrade.
