The Sims is holding its first in-game music festival

With everything being on the internet these days, including live concerts, it’s no surprise that we’re seeing a fan-favorite game like The Sims hold its very own music festival.

On its official Twitter account, the iconic life simulation game announced that it will be holding its first-ever in-game music festival at the end of this month. Dubbed Sims Sessions, musical guests include Bebe Rexha, Glass Animals, and Joy Oladokun.

The game will have its own festival are equipped with unique activities and good ‘ol Sims fun. There will be artist-themed merch at kiosks and players can even run their own craft sales tables! There are also snack kiosks and even camping.

Come performance time, players can gather around the stage and cheer on the artists’ performance (done in Simlish, of course). They will also be able to join in on the musical fun by playing instruments or singing along in-game.

The Sims Session music festival is exclusively for The Sims 4 and is available to all players. The limited-time event will run from June 29 to July 7 Pacific time. Players will be notified in-game when the event is live.

Additionally, players can join in on some real-life fun with the game’s new TikTok challenge. Using the hashtag #SimlishSessions, players can duet the artists’ songs in Simlish or create their own twists!
