vivo ranks in the top five global smartphone brands last year

According to the latest annual data from IDC, vivo ranked fifth in the global smartphone market in 2020 with a market share of 8.6 percent and shipments exceeding 110 million devices. With a year-over-year growth rate of over 1 percent, vivo was one of the top five smartphone brands to maintain an increase in shipments despite the overall downturn.

Vivo currently holds the second position in the Chinese smartphone market and the third in India, while leading the market in Indonesia.

With headquarters in China, supported by a network of 9 R&D centers in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Nanjing, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo and San Diego, vivo is focusing on the development of state-of-the-art consumer technologies, including 5G, artificial intelligence, industrial design, photography and other up-and-coming technologies.

2022 Toyota Hilux GR-S and Fortuner GR-S First Look!

We were invited by Toyota Motor Philippines for another drive out of town with the two latest additions to the company’s lineup — the Toyota Hilux GR-S and Toyota Fortuner GR-S.

Debuting just this year during the TGR Vios Cup, it comes with a starting price in the Philippines of PhP 1,985,000 for the Hilux GR-S and PhP 2,509,000 for the Fortuner GR-S.

With the addition of the GR-S badge, these two popular Toyota vehicles get upgraded features that boost both performance and comfort while offering a taste of the GR-S DNA. Toyota’s intentions are to bring the GR-S racing spirit to its everyday vehicles and let fans feel the waku-doki spirit even when off the track.
