Toyota PH officially unveils new 7-seater Zenix hybrid EV

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has unveiled its latest offering, the All-New Toyota Zenix, marking its entry into the 7-seater Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) market. The Zenix aims to provide modern Filipino families with an electrified mobility experience, combining the comfort and reliability of a Toyota family carrier with the benefits of an advanced energy-efficient ride.

Expanding its existing HEV lineup, TMP now offers the All-New Zenix alongside popular models such as the Corolla Altis, Corolla Cross, Camry, and RAV4. The introduction of this hybrid option aligns with Toyota’s commitment to providing customers with sustainable transportation choices.

“The All-New Zenix is a hybrid option that is perfect for more sustainable rides for the whole family,” stated Danny Cruz, TMP First Vice President for Vehicle Sales Operations. He further emphasized Toyota’s dedication to offering customers a wide range of electrified vehicles to accelerate their adoption.

Designed with versatility, reliability, style, comfort, and convenience in mind, the All-New Zenix delivers an enhanced driving experience for families seeking a spacious and adaptable MPV. The vehicle is available in two variants: the 2.0 Q Hybrid CVT and 2.0 V CVT.

On the exterior, the All-New Zenix boasts a sporty design characterized by its bold build and rugged grille, projecting confidence on the road. The HEV variant features 18-inch alloy wheels and overfenders, while the gas variant comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. Both variants are equipped with a Push Start ignition system and Smart Entry for added convenience.

Safety is a priority for Toyota, and the All-New Zenix incorporates the latest Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) technologies. These include features like the Pre-Collision System (PCS), Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Anti-Lock Brake System, and Vehicle Stability Control. The HEV variant also offers additional safety features such as the Panoramic View Monitor (PVM), Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) to assist drivers during parking and other maneuvers.

Inside the vehicle, premium interiors complement the stylish exterior. The HEV variant boasts captain seats with a power ottoman and power recline, offering a luxurious riding experience. The seats, finished in a dark chestnut color, along with ambient lighting, contribute to the MPV’s exceptional look and feel. Additionally, the third-row seats in both variants can be folded flat to create more storage space.

The dashboard features a 7-inch Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Multi-Info Display and a 10.1-inch Display Audio with Apple Carplay (Wireless) and Android Auto compatibility. The All-New Zenix also includes an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) for added convenience.

Interested customers can now find the All-New Toyota Zenix at any of the 72 Toyota dealerships across the Philippines. The starting price for the 2.0 Q Hybrid CVT is PhP 1,953,000, while the 2.0 V CVT is priced at PhP 1,670,000. The HEV variant comes in Platinum White Pearl Mica, Blackish Brown Mica, and Dark Steel Mica, while the gas variant is available in Platinum White Pearl Mica, Silver Metallic, Gray Metallic, and Attitude Black Mica.

As a pioneer in electrified mobility in the country, TMP continues to expand its HEV lineup as part of its commitment to achieving carbon neutrality. With the introduction of the All-New Zenix, TMP aims to enhance the joy of shared family experiences while moving towards a more sustainable future.
